Beta Tester

The ideal candidate will have experience in software testing but more importantly be able to conduct functional testing on our software application.

 

Your responsibilities will also include but not be limited to:

  • Follow Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) guidelines to validate the functionality of the software product.
  • Tests to be used in highly varying configuration environments and loads while providing a common test result output.
  • Debug/flag problems encountered during test.

 

Qualifications:

Applicant must possess software troubleshooting experience and/or demonstrate a high degree of knowledge in computer systems. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, be organized and self-motivated.  Candidate must have interest in Gaming/Simulation market or computer related field.

Senior Software Engineer

The qualified candidates will work in the engineering software department to assist in various simulation projects including flight, urban, military, transportation, marine and medical.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and modify software in a collaborative team-based environment, with occasional travel to customer sites and trade shows.

Qualifications and Experience: B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent experience:

  1. 3+ years software design, code, and test experience

  2. Strong C++ skills including knowledge of templates (experience with Boost a plus)

  3. OpenGL (experience with shaders and GPU computing a plus)

  4. Windows development

  5. Knowledge of object-oriented concepts

  6. Excellent written & verbal skills

  7. Networking experience a plus

  8. GUI development a plus

  9. Knowledge of Design Patterns a plus

  10. Experience with multi threaded application development a plus

  11. Experience with Agile development methodologies a plus

  12. Linux experience a plus.
